- NETWORKED with other lymphedema therapists to increase their patient's access to information and resources, to improve patient care, and to discover opportunities for mentoring.
- CREATED a lymphedema wellness culture through programs that increase lymphedema awareness and improve the quality of life for individuals with lymphedema.
- EXPANDED their knowledge of how psychosocial issues affect an individual with lymphedema and their ability to perform self-care tasks to manage their condition.
- UPDATED their knowledge of legislation that affects reimbursement for lymphedema treatment.
- IMPROVED their ability to problem solve difficult cases by collaborating with other therapists.
- DISCOVERED how aquatic exercise can be used in the treatment and risk reduction of lymphedema for breast cancer survivors.
- COMPREHENDED the mechanism of action of compression therapy on the veno-lymphatic system.
- LEARNED about the newest products that are available for the management of lymphedema.
